Luxury Investment Villa
Puntarenas, Puntarenas, Puntarenas, Costa Rica 60101

Offered for the first time as a private sale, Villa Michelina is an extraordinary opportunity to own one of Manuel Antonio's most sought-after Balinese-inspired residences. A home that has already proven itself as an exceptional luxury vacation property boasting an almost perfect guest review score.

Set within the exclusive, gated enclave of Rancho Manuel Antonio on the prestigious road Calle Pura Vida, Villa Michelina reveals its character the moment you enter the grand double wooden doors. For buyers exploring costa rica real estate, the property offers a distinctive combination of privacy, craftsmanship, and tropical luxury. Soaring bamboo-vaulted ceilings and clerestory windows that flood the great room with natural light make the entrance an experience in itself. A monumental hand-carved dining table anchors the open-concept living and dining space, while the recently renovated chef's kitchen combines granite countertops, hand-carved wood cabinetry, and stainless steel appliances. A true work of craftsmanship as well as a place to cook.

The owner's suite is a sanctuary unto itself: a king bed presides beneath a massive antique Indonesian headboard, framed by a marble en-suite bath with soaking tub, fine linens, and private doors opening directly onto the pool terrace and a secluded balcony overlooking the jungle canopy. Two additional bedrooms one with a queen bed, the other with two twin beds, offer private sliding-door entries near the pool, giving the layout an effortless flow for family living or hosting guests in comfort and privacy.

The well manicured and landscaped grounds deliver a true residential resort experience: a deep, tiled main pool for swimming, paired with a separate wading pool, all set against a stone terrace suspended in the rainforest canopy where sloths and monkeys pass by as neighbors, not novelties. For buyers exploring Manuel Antonio real estate, this setting offers a distinctive combination of privacy, nature, and resort-style living. A hidden waterfall trail begins just steps from the property line.

Just ten minutes from Manuel Antonio National Park, which include the region's finest beaches, Marina Pez Vela, and a thriving restaurant scene, this is a residence and an asset situated at the epicenter of one of Costa Rica's most desirable and enduring destinations.

Beyond its beauty, Villa Michelina carries something few luxury properties can offer: a documented history of performance. With near-universal five-star reviews from Airbnb and Vrbo guests praise its privacy, spaciousness, and unforgettable pool and jungle setting, this is a home that has already built a loyal following and a reputation for excellence a rare head start for any owner looking to continue its legacy as a premier vacation rental, or simply to enjoy it as an unmatched private residence.

Villa Michelina is not simply a house for sale it is a fully realized lifestyle and investment, ready for its next owner to claim.
